Finally. It's about time too. The more I look at it, the more reminiscant it is of ancient Catholocism. A powerful figure with a tiny head, designed for elimination of opposition, surrounded by decorative religious artifacts and symbology that in turn signify nothing of the central figure, but the central figure uses the image of righteousness to label itself something that it clearly isn't. Thank Goodness it's done. See how many crosses you can count.
P.S I don't like to label this fan art because I am in no sense a "fanatic" of the warhammer franchise. I used the existing image to improve my own technical skill. Even though warhammer is undoubtably more awesome than you.
This is absolutely incredible work you've done. I love beautiful shading, and the amount of detail that you put into is nothing less than stunning. You're truly a master with the pencil.
Did you use any charcoal in this? There is a solid continuity of gray over this that is brightest light. Did you go over the entire paper with a solid gray tone than work up from that? or did you just lay those down as you went?
I "tried" to do line art first and go over again with shading, but my temptation to shade every nook and cranny that I had as I went along was irresistable. Basically, I did the initial shading for every object as I drew it "Making the drawing ever more difficult as I tried to avoid smudging it with my hand) and as adjustments to tone needed to be made, it did them as neccessary. And no, this is ALL PURE HB PENCIL. No charcoal or smudge stick or acrylic paint, just my trusty HB pencils. Yes, pencils. I went through at least three to do this. That's why I'm always so closely detailed; I'm addicted to sharpening my pencils.

Mehanical pencils work wonders for that. I have two basic pencils that I use for shading. I use a mechanical pencil for a very sharp and fine line. Then I shade out a solid black and switch to my trusty HB for the shading. HB is such a wonderful pencil for laying down beautiful shading.
I use Eagle 2 HB as my primary shading pencil. What brand do you use?
Staedtler. Always Staedtler. You may not of heard of it, they're spicifically marked "Australian made and owned". [link] That's the exact pencil I use. I'm actually intrigued as to the nature of all the other Staedtler products, see what else I can make with them.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
